  • 當您透過本公司網站、應用程式或任何線下渠道預訂旅行團、機票、酒店或任何旅遊產品時,即構成您對以下事項的不可撤銷的確認

    1. 您已年滿18歲,並已仔細閱讀、完全理解並自願接受本《條款與條件》的全部內容,包括其中涉及責任豁免、風險承擔、取消退款、第三方代理及消費者保證限制的條款。

    2. 您同意受新南威爾士州法律管轄,並承擔因參加旅遊活動而產生的所有固有風險(包括但不限於天氣、疫病、隔離、交通意外、第三方服務失誤等)。

    3. 您明確知悉:本公司的責任在法律允許的最大範圍內被限制,即使因本公司人員的疏忽(不包括重大過失)導致您遭受損失,您亦豁免本公司相關賠償責任。

    4. 您確認代表所有同行人士接受本條款,並對提供資料的真實性負全部責任。

By making a booking for any tour package, flight, hotel, or travel product through our website, application, or any offline channel, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. You are at least 18 years of age and have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms and conditions contained herein, including but not limited to those relating to limitation of liability, assumption of risk, cancellation and refund policies, third-party agency, and limitation of consumer guarantees.
  2. You agree to be bound by the laws of New South Wales and accept all inherent risks associated with travel activities (including but not limited to weather, disease, quarantine, transport accidents, and third-party service failures).
  3. You expressly acknowledge that: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You hereby release us from any liability for loss or damage suffered by you, even if such loss or damage is caused by our negligence (excluding gross negligence).
  4. You confirm that you accept these terms on behalf of all persons named in the booking and bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided.
If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us before booking at [your contact number] or [your email]. Once payment is made, no disputes or refund requests based on “failure to read the terms” will be accepted.

第一條:報名手續 · 證件與付款

SECTION 1: BOOKING PROCEDURE · DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT

  • 1.1 姓名及證件必須正確
    預訂時必須提供與旅遊證件(護照)完全相符的姓名。如因姓名錯誤導致機票作廢、拒絕登機或產生任何額外費用(包括重新購票、手續費等),均由旅客全額承擔,本公司無須負責。

    1.2 證件有效期及空白頁
    所有參加者必須確保旅遊證件有至少6個月有效期(以回程日期計算),並預留至少兩整頁空白簽證頁。航空公司有權拒絕不符規定之旅客登機,責任及損失由旅客自負。

    1.3 遵守防疫及入境法規
    旅客因未能遵守出發地、過境地或目的地之任何檢疫、檢測、隔離、疫苗接種等要求而被拒絕登機、入境或需自費隔離,本公司概不負責,相關費用及損失由旅客承擔。

    1.4 訂金及尾款支付
    個別線路之訂金以交通服務供應商規定為準。團費、稅項、服務費、簽證費等須於出發前90天(長線90天)繳清。逾期未付,訂位作廢且訂金不退。

    1.5 代收費用支付方式
    燃油附加費、機場稅等代收款項僅接受現金或EFT轉帳;信用卡付款需經銀行確認成功。信用卡退款需經發卡行處理,約需35個工作天,條款由信用卡公司決定。

    1.6 價格浮動條款
    如因外幣匯率、燃油附加費上漲或事前未能預見之成本增加,本公司保留在出發前向旅客徵收額外費用的權利。旅客可選擇支付差額繼續參團,或於出發前取消並獲全額退款(本公司發出加價通知後七日內辦理)。

    1.7 折扣及優惠
    任何折扣、優惠碼或Credit Note必須於報名時申請及提供證明,恕不接受事後補發或追溯。

  • 1.1 Accuracy of Name and Documents
    Names provided at the time of booking must exactly match the names appearing on the traveler’s passport. If any error in the name results in voidance of air tickets, denial of boarding, or any additional costs (including reissuance of tickets or administrative fees), such costs and liabilities shall be borne entirely by the traveler. We accept no responsibility.

    1.2 Passport Validity and Blank Pages
    All participants must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the return date and contains at least two full blank visa pages. Airlines reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers who do not comply with these requirements. All related risks and losses shall be borne by the traveler.

    1.3 Compliance with Health and Entry Regulations
    We accept no responsibility if a traveler is denied boarding, denied entry, or required to undergo self-funded quarantine due to failure to comply with any testing, vaccination, quarantine, or other health requirements imposed by the country of departure, transit, or destination. All related costs and losses shall be borne by the traveler.

    1.4 Deposit and Final Payment
    Deposit requirements for specific tours are subject to the terms of transport service providers. Full payment of tour fare, taxes, service fees, visa fees, etc., must be settled 90 days prior to departure (90 days for long-haul tours). If payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

    1.5 Payment Methods for Third-Party Charges
    Surcharges such as fuel levies and airport taxes are payable by cash or EFT only. Credit card payments are subject to bank confirmation. Refunds for credit card payments must be processed through the issuing bank and may take approximately 35 working days. Terms are governed by the credit card company.

    1.6 Price Fluctuation Clause
    We reserve the right to impose additional charges prior to departure should costs increase due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge hikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Travelers may either pay the difference to proceed with the tour or cancel before departure and receive a full refund (to be processed within seven days of our price adjustment notice).

    1.7 Discounts and Promotions
    All discounts, promo codes, or credit notes must be applied for and substantiated at the time of booking. No retroactive application will be accepted.

SECTION 2: INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • 2.1 費用包括

    • 行程表所列酒店或同級,兩人共用一房為標準

    • 行程表內所列之團餐

    • 行程表所列之鐵路車票及交通(空調遊覽車)

    • 各項遊覽節目及入場費用

    • 專業領隊/導遊隨團服務

    • 手提行李一件(規格依交通供應商為準),寄艙行李數量及重量依交通供應商規定

    2.2 嬰兒收費
    嬰兒收費僅包括交通服務供應商出票費,不包含機位、座位、酒店床位、膳食及其他佔用座位之交通安排。

    2.3 費用不包括

    • 旅遊證件及各國簽證費用

    • 導遊/領隊/司機之旅行團服務費(小費)

    • 各地機場稅、額外附加費及指定稅項

    • 行李超重費用

    • 酒店、機場及各類交通工具之行李生服務費

    • 自費項目或行程表以外之觀光節目

    • 因交通阻延、罷工、颱風、疫病或其他突發情況而引致之額外費用

    • 綜合旅遊保險(強烈建議必須自行購買)

  • 2.1 Inclusions

    • Round-trip economy class airfare (where applicable)

    • Accommodation as specified in the itinerary or of similar class, based on twin-sharing

    • Meals as specified in the itinerary

    • Rail tickets and transportation as specified in the itinerary (air-conditioned vehicles)

    • Sightseeing programs and entrance fees as specified

    • Professional tour leader/guide services

    • One piece of carry-on luggage (dimensions subject to transport provider restrictions); checked baggage allowance is subject to transport provider terms

    2.2 Infant Charges
    Infant charges cover only the ticketing fee charged by transport providers and do not include seats, meals, hotel beds, or any other services requiring seating.

    2.3 Exclusions

    • Passports and visa fees

    • Tour leader/guide/driver gratuities

    • Airport taxes, additional levies, and designated taxes

    • Excess baggage charges

    • Porterage services at hotels, airports, or on transport

    • Optional tours or activities not specified in the itinerary

    • Additional expenses arising from traffic disruptions, strikes, typhoons, epidemics, or other emergencies

    • Comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended)

SECTION 3: CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT, AND REFUND POLICY (BY TOUR TYPE)

  • 所有取消必須以書面或親臨分行辦理始生效力。以下為不同旅行團之強制性取消罰則,請依據您預訂的團型對號入座。

    3.1 本地團 / 各省州際本地團

    • 當行程涉及國內遊輪時,強烈建議購買旅遊保險,醫療保險不保障船上發生的任何醫療或問題。

    • 拼房服務:如需本公司找人拼房,決定報團前請查閱本公司《旅行團拼房服務免責聲明》。一經報名後,本公司會理解為你已閱讀理解,並接受本免責聲明的全部條款。


    3.2 NSW 本地巴士團(僅限新南威爾士州)

    3.6 入境遊(澳洲入境團)

    3.7 通用取消規則

    • 旅途中退出:旅客如在旅途中突然退出或不參與任何團體活動(膳食、觀光、住宿),均視為自動放棄,所繳費用概不退還。

    • 轉團或取消手續:必須以書面或親臨分行辦理始生效力。

    • 退款時間:信用卡退款需經由銀行辦理,約需35個工作天,實際時限由信用卡公司決定。

    • 不可抗力轉信用額:對於因政府公告、天氣、疫病等不可控因素導致取消,且條款列明可轉為信用額的情況,該信用額有效期為1年,限原預訂人使用,不可轉讓或兌換現金。

    • 拼房服務:凡涉及拼房的預訂,報名前必須查閱《旅行團拼房服務免責聲明》。一經報名,即視為已閱讀、理解並接受該免責聲明的全部條款。

  • All cancellations must be made in writing or in person at any of our branches to be effective. The following mandatory cancellation penalties apply based on your booked tour type.

    • Where itineraries include domestic cruises, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Standard medical insurance does not cover any medical issues arising onboard.

    • Room Sharing Service: If you require us to assist in finding a roommate, please review our “Tour Room Sharing Service Disclaimer” before booking. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of that disclaimer.


    3.2 NSW Local Bus Tours (New South Wales Only)

    3.6 Inbound Tours (Tours to Australia)

    • All inbound tour bookings must be submitted 6 months or more in advance. Requests submitted less than 6 months prior cannot guarantee special arrangements (e.g., school visits).


    3.7 General Cancellation Rules

    • Withdrawal During Tour: Travelers who withdraw from the tour or fail to participate in any group activities (meals, sightseeing, accommodation) shall be deemed to have voluntarily abandoned such services, and no refund will be given.

    • Cancellation or Transfer Procedure: Must be made in writing or in person at any branch to be effective.

    • Refund Processing Time: Credit card refunds must be processed through the bank and may take approximately 35 working days. Actual timing is determined by the credit card company.

    • Force Majeure Credits: Where cancellation is due to government directives, weather, epidemics, or other uncontrollable events and these terms provide for conversion to credit, such credit is valid for one year, limited to the original booker, and non-transferable or cashable.

    • Room Sharing Service: For any booking involving room sharing, you must review the “Tour Room Sharing Service Disclaimer” before booking. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of that disclaimer.

第四條:責任豁免、風險承擔及賠償條款(關鍵免責聲明)

SECTION 4: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)

  • 4.1 風險承擔確認

    4.1.1 您確認並承認,任何旅行活動(包括但不限於本地團、跨州團及境外團)均可能涉及固有風險、未知危險以及可能造成人身傷害、疾病(包括傳染病)、精神創傷、財產損失或死亡的情況。該等風險可能源於但不限於:交通意外、天氣極端變化、自然災害、政治動盪、恐怖襲擊、突發疫病、隔離要求、第三方服務提供商(航空公司、酒店、景點、餐廳、地接社)的作為或不作為。

    4.1.2 您是在充分知悉上述風險存在的情況下,自願參加本公司組織的旅行團,並同意自行承擔由此產生的所有風險及責任。

    4.2 責任豁免(根據NSW《民事責任法2002》第5N條)

    4.2.1 本公司組織的旅行團屬於「康樂活動」。在法律允許的最大範圍內,您特此豁免本公司及其董事、僱員、導遊、司機和代理人對您在參與活動期間(包括往返途中)所遭受的任何人身傷亡、疾病或財產損失的全部責任,即使該等損失或傷害是由於本公司或其人員的疏忽(Negligence)所導致

    4.2.2 法律限制:此豁免條款不適用於因本公司或其人員的重大過失(Gross Negligence)或故意不當行為所引致的損失。

    4.3 代理機構責任

    4.3.1 除本公司直接提供之服務外,本公司及其職員僅作為航空公司、酒店、運輸公司、郵輪公司及其他服務供應商(合稱「委託機構」)的代理人。

    4.3.2 任何由委託機構造成的延誤、變更、服務缺失、行李遺失、人身傷亡或財物損失,您同意直接向該委託機構交涉或追討賠償。本公司概不對該等損失或傷亡負責。

    4.4 不可抗力(迫不得已理由)

    4.4.1 「迫不得已理由」指戰爭、政治動盪、恐怖襲擊、天災、疫症、惡劣天氣、交通工具發生技術問題、載運機構臨時更改班次或取消服務、罷工、工業行動、旅遊目的地政府或世界衛生組織發出旅遊警示、澳洲政府發出紅色或黑色外遊警示、任何政府機構的封城或隔離命令,以及業界不能控制的其他不利離開澳洲或在澳洲境外旅遊的情況。

    4.4.2 若因迫不得已理由導致行程更改、延誤、取消或產生額外費用,所有額外費用(包括但不限於隔離酒店費、檢測費、滯留期間的食宿費及改簽機票費)由旅客自行承擔,本公司對此不承擔任何責任。

    4.4.3 因迫不得已理由導致旅客確診傳染病或被強制隔離而必須離團,未使用的行程(景點、酒店、餐飲、交通)將不獲任何退款

    4.5 旅客個人行為與健康狀況

    4.5.1 您保證身體健康狀況適合參團,並對自身在旅途中違反當地法律、滋擾他人或不遵守工作人員指示的行為負全部責任。本公司有權立即取消違規者的隨團資格,所繳費用概不退還。

    4.5.2 您同意遵守所有登機、檢疫及檢測要求。如因未能遵守要求(包括但不限於提供錯誤信息、證件有效期不足、缺乏空白簽證頁)而被拒絕登機或入境,所有責任及費用由您全數承擔

    4.5.3 18歲以下未成年人、孕婦或70歲以上長者必須由至少一名65歲以下成年親友陪同參團,且孕婦或長者需簽署《參團承諾免責聲明書》。

    4.6 行程變更權利

    4.6.1 行程書或單張內所列費用根據當時機票價格及國際貨幣兌換率而訂立。本公司保留在出發前調整各項費用的權利。

    4.6.2 如遇特殊情況(如簽證受阻、酒店客滿、航機改變、天氣惡劣等),本公司或其委託機構得依當時情況全權盡力處理,保留更改行程先後次序、更換同级酒店或取消部分節目的權利,且無須就此類變更退還費用。

    4.6.3 「已成團」不代表出發與否不受其他因素影響,本公司保留最終決定權。

    4.7 宣傳資料免責

    4.7.1 行程手冊、網站圖片及描述僅供參考。對於「寬敞」、「豪華」等主觀描述,可能存在感知偏差。具體設施以實際為準。

  • 4.1 Assumption of Risk

    4.1.1 You acknowledge and agree that all travel activities (including but not limited to local, interstate, and overseas tours) involve inherent risks, unknown hazards, and the potential for personal injury, illness (including infectious diseases), emotional distress, property damage, or death. Such risks may arise from, but are not limited to: traffic accidents, extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorist attacks, sudden epidemics, quarantine requirements, and acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, attractions, restaurants, ground operators).

    4.1.2 You voluntarily participate in our tours with full knowledge of the above risks and agree to assume all associated risks and liabilities.

    4.2 Limitation of Liability (Pursuant to Section 5N of the NSW Civil Liability Act 2002)

    4.2.1 Our tours constitute “recreational activities.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release us, our directors, employees, guides, drivers, and agents from all liability for any personal injury, illness, or property damage suffered by you during the tour (including travel to and from the tour), even if such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

    4.2.2 Legal Limitation: This release does not apply to loss or damage caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

    4.3 Agency Responsibility

    4.3.1 Except for services directly provided by us, we and our staff act solely as agents for airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise lines, and other service providers (collectively, “Principal Organizations”).

    4.3.2 For any delay, change, service failure, baggage loss, personal injury, or property damage caused by Principal Organizations, you agree to pursue claims directly against the relevant Principal Organization. We accept no responsibility for such losses or damages.

    4.4 Force Majeure (Unavoidable Circumstances)

    4.4.1 “Unavoidable Circumstances” means war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, technical problems with transport, last-minute schedule changes or cancellations by carriers, strikes, industrial action, travel advisories issued by destination governments or the World Health Organization, red or black travel warnings issued by the Australian Government, lockdowns or quarantine orders from any government authority, and other situations beyond our control that make travel from Australia or within overseas destinations unsafe or impractical.

    4.4.2 If the itinerary is altered, delayed, cancelled, or additional costs are incurred due to Unavoidable Circumstances, all additional expenses (including but not limited to quarantine hotel charges, testing fees, accommodation and meals during enforced stays, and rebooking fees) shall be borne by the traveler. We accept no liability.

    4.4.3 If a traveler is diagnosed with an infectious disease or required to quarantine due to Unavoidable Circumstances and must leave the tour, no refund will be given for unused services (attractions, hotels, meals, transport).

    4.5 Traveler Conduct and Health

    4.5.1 You warrant that you are in suitable health to participate in the tour and bear full responsibility for any violation of local laws, harassment of others, or failure to follow staff instructions during the tour. We reserve the right to immediately cancel the offending traveler’s participation, with no refund of fees paid.

    4.5.2 You agree to comply with all boarding, quarantine, and testing requirements. If you are denied boarding or entry due to failure to comply (including but not limited to providing incorrect information, insufficient passport validity, or lack of blank visa pages), all responsibility and costs shall be borne entirely by you.

    4.5.3 Minors under 18, pregnant women, and seniors aged 70+ must be accompanied by at least one adult relative under 65. Pregnant women and seniors must sign a “Participation Acknowledgement and Waiver” form.

    4.6 Right to Amend Itinerary

    4.6.1 Tour fares quoted in brochures or on the website are based on airfares and currency exchange rates at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust prices before departure.

    4.6.2 In special circumstances (e.g., visa delays, hotel overbooking, flight changes, adverse weather), we or our Principal Organizations reserve the right to modify the order of itineraries, substitute hotels of similar class, or cancel certain activities. No refund will be given for such changes.

    4.6.3 “Guaranteed Departure” status does not guarantee the tour will operate unaffected by other factors. We reserve final decision-making authority.

    4.7 Marketing Materials Disclaimer

    4.7.1 Brochures, website images, and descriptions are for reference only. Subjective descriptions such as “spacious” or “luxurious” may be subject to perception differences. Actual facilities may vary.

SECTION 5: CONSUMER GUARANTEES AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

5.2 For non-personal injury claims involving a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to:

  • (a) re-supplying the service; or

  • (b) payment of the cost of re-supplying the service.

5.3 For claims involving recreational services, we rely on the limitations permitted under the Australian Consumer Law and the NSW Fair Trading Act.

5.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of business opportunities arising from delays, or emotional distress).

SECTION 6: INBOUND TOURS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS)

  • 6.1 預訂確認後需支付10%訂金,簽證簽發時支付20%,出發前120天支付30%,出發前90天支付30%,出發前30天付清尾款。

    6.2 取消罰則:

    • 出發前≥181天:全額退款

    • 出發前180–151天:10%訂金不退

    • 出發前150–121天:收取50%取消費

    • 出發前≤120天:恕不退款

    6.3 所有入境旅遊必須提前6個月或以上申請,少於6個月無法保證特別活動(如學校參觀)獲批。

  • 6.1 Payment Schedule: 10% deposit upon booking confirmation; 20% upon visa application submission; 30% due 120 days before arrival; 30% due 90 days before arrival; final balance due 30 days before arrival.

    6.2 Cancellation Penalties:

    • ≥181 days before arrival: Full refund

    • 180–151 days before arrival: 10% deposit forfeited

    • 150–121 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee

    • ≤120 days before arrival: Non-refundable

    6.3 All inbound tour bookings must be submitted 6 months or more in advance. Requests submitted less than 6 months prior cannot guarantee special arrangements (e.g., school visits, student exchanges).

SECTION 7: WEBSITE USE, PRIVACY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    When purchasing from our website, credit card details are transmitted through secure servers. Card information is not retained by us after processing.

    7.3 Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or the courts of New South Wales.

    7.4 Severability
    If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    本條款構成您與本公司之間關於預訂的完整協議,取代先前所有口頭或書面理解。

  • 8.1 Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to ensure full protection (including coverage for illness, accidents, cancellation, quarantine, etc.).

    8.2 COVID-19 / Infectious Disease Procedures
    If a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 or any other infectious disease during the tour, they must leave the tour immediately. Unused services are non-refundable, and all additional costs are the traveler’s sole responsibility.

    8.3 Jurisdiction for Claims
    All claims against us must be pursued in Australia.

    8.4 Entire Agreement
    These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your booking, superseding all prior understandings, whether oral or written.

1. 拼房服務性質聲明
1. NATURE OF ROOM SHARING SERVICE
RVG Tours(以下簡稱「我們」)作為旅行團組織者,為方便單人報名參團的客人節省住宿成本,提供自願性質的「拼房配對服務」。
RVG Tours (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as a tour organiser. To assist solo travellers in reducing accommodation costs, we offer a voluntary “Room Sharing Arrangement Service” .
重要說明:
• 我們不是住房提供者,而是通過與酒店、旅館等第三方供應商簽約獲取房間。
• 我們不是租賃平台,不受《2010年住宅租賃法》約束。
• 拼房安排僅適用於本公司組織的旅行團行程期間,行程結束後拼房關係自動終止。
Important Clarifications:
• We are NOT a housing provider – we contract with third-party suppliers (hotels, motels, etc.) to secure rooms.
• We are NOT a rental platform – this arrangement is NOT governed by the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) .
• Room sharing applies ONLY during the itinerary of tours organised by our company. The arrangement automatically terminates upon tour completion.

2. ROOM MATCHING MECHANISM AND FEES

• Voluntary Participation: Guests may choose to:
– Opt-in for room sharing (we will match with same-gender tour participants where possible); or
– Pay a Single Supplement to enjoy a private room.
• Fee Arrangement: Guests participating in room sharing each pay the “twin-share” price already included in their tour fee. We do NOT handle any financial transactions between guests.
• Matching Failure: If we are unable to match you with a same-gender roommate prior to departure, you will be required to pay the Single Supplement. Failure to do so may result in inability to join the tour (as per the tour contract).

Guests expressly understand and agree that we are NOT LIABLE for the following situations that may arise from room sharing:
3.1 生活習慣差異
包括但不限於:打鼾、作息時間不同、衛生習慣差異、空調溫度偏好、使用浴室時間衝突等。
建議: 入住首晚請互相溝通基本規則,互相包容。
3.1 Differences in Lifestyle Habits
Including but not limited to: snoring, different sleep/wake schedules, cleanliness preferences, air-conditioning temperature preferences, bathroom usage timing conflicts, etc.
Recommendation: Guests are encouraged to communicate basic ground rules on the first night and exercise mutual tolerance.
3.2 個人行為與糾紛
包括但不限於:房間內發生的言語衝突、財物損失、個人衛生問題等。

3.2 Personal Conduct and Disputes
Including but not limited to: verbal conflicts, loss of personal property, personal hygiene issues occurring within the shared room.
Resolution Principle: Our tour guide will assist in mediation where possible. However, we are not an adjudicative body. If disputes severely disrupt the tour itinerary, we reserve the right to separate the parties into different rooms (with the cost borne by the party causing the disruption) or terminate services.
3.3 健康與醫療狀況
我們不審查客人的健康狀況。如拼房期間發生突發疾病、傳染病傳播等情況,我們會協助呼叫醫療救助,但不承擔醫療責任
3.3 Health and Medical Conditions
We do not screen guests’ health conditions. In the event of sudden illness, infectious disease transmission, or other medical emergencies during the sharing period, we will assist in arranging medical help but assume no liability for medical outcomes.
3.4 財產安全
客人需自行保管貴重財物。我們及酒店對房間內發生的財物失竊不承擔責任,除非能證明是酒店方重大過失。
3.4 Property Security
Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. We and the hotel are not liable for theft or loss of property within the room, unless proven to be caused by gross negligence on the hotel’s part.
4. 酒店住宿的第三方責任
4. THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation services we book are provided by third-party hotels. For issues arising from the hotel’s side, we will use reasonable efforts to assist in negotiation. However, the direct legal relationship exists between the guest and the hotel. Our liability is limited to the provision of services with due care and skill as required under the Australian Consumer Law 2018.
5. 特殊情況處理
5. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES HANDLING
5.1 其中一方退出拼房
如行程中一位團友提前離團,剩餘團友需:
– 自行承擔整間房間費用;或
– 接受與其他同性別團友拼房(如有空位及同意)。
5.1 Early Departure of One Roommate
If one guest departs the tour early, the remaining guest must either:
– Bear the full cost of the room; or
– Accept arrangement to share with another same-gender tour participant (if available and agreed).
5.2 不可抗力
因戰爭、天氣、疫情、酒店超賣等原因導致無法提供原定住宿,我們會盡力安排替代方案,差價多退少補,不承擔額外賠償責任
5.2 Force Majeure
In cases of war, weather, pandemic, hotel overbooking, or other force majeure events resulting in inability to provide the original accommodation, we will use reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. We assume no additional compensation liability.
6. 法律管轄與糾紛解決
6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any disputes arising from room sharing shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or the appropriate court. However, we assume no joint liability for internal disputes between guests.

By registering for a tour with our company, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Disclaimer.
• You voluntarily participate in the room sharing arrangement and assume the reasonable risks associated with sharing accommodation.
• You agree not to hold us liable for lifestyle disputes, interpersonal conflicts, or other issues arising from the room sharing arrangement.
