By making a booking for any tour package, flight, hotel, or travel product through our website, application, or any offline channel., you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to the following:

Article 1: Enrolment Procedures - Documents and Payment

SECTION 1: BOOKING PROCEDURE - DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT

  • 1.1 Name and identification must be correct
    The name that exactly matches the travel document (passport) must be provided at the time of booking. If the ticket is cancelled, boarding is denied or any additional charges (including re-ticketing, handling fees, etc.) are incurred due to a mistake in the name, the traveller shall be fully responsible for them and the Company shall not be held liable.

    1.2 Expiry date and blank page of the document
    All participants must ensure that their travel documents are valid for at least 6 months (based on the date of return) and leave at least two full pages of blank visa pages. The airline reserves the right to refuse boarding of non-compliant passengers at their own risk.

    1.3 Compliance with vaccination and entry regulations
    The Company shall not be liable for any costs and losses incurred by a passenger who is denied boarding or entry into the country or who is required to be isolated at his/her own expense due to his/her failure to comply with any quarantine, inspection, isolation, vaccination or other requirements of his/her place of departure, transit or destination.

    1.4 Deposit and final payment
    Deposits for individual routes are subject to the requirements of the transport service provider. Tour fees, taxes, service charges, visa fees, etc. must be paid 90 days prior to departure (90 days for long-haul routes). If payment is overdue, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

    1.5 Method of payment of collection fees
    Fuel surcharges, airport taxes and other receipts are accepted by cash or EFT transfer only; credit card payments are subject to successful bank confirmation. Credit card refunds will be processed by the card issuer and will take approximately 35 working days on terms and conditions determined by the credit card company.

    1.6 Price Fluctuation Clause
    In the event of an increase in foreign currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges or unforeseen cost increases, the Company reserves the right to impose additional charges on travellers prior to departure. Passengers may choose to pay the difference and continue with the tour, or cancel before departure and receive a full refund (within 7 days of the notification of fare increase).

    Any discounts, coupon codes or Credit Notes must be applied for and evidenced at the time of enrolment and will not be accepted retroactively or retrospectively.

Article 2: Coverage of Costs

    • Round-trip economy class air ticket (for air routes)

    • Hotels listed in the itinerary or in the same class, twin-sharing is standard.

    • Meals as listed in the itinerary

    • Railway tickets and transport as listed in the itinerary (air-conditioned excursion buses)

    • Tour programmes and admission fees

    • Professional tour leader/guide accompanying the tour

    • One piece of hand baggage (specifications according to the transport provider), and the number and weight of checked baggage according to the transport provider's requirements

    2.2 Infant Charges
    Infant rate includes only transport service provider ticketing fee and does not include air tickets, seats, hotel beds, meals and other seat-occupying transport arrangements.

    2.3 Fees do not include

    • Travel Documents and Visa Fees

    • Tour Service Fee for Tour Guide / Tour Escort / Driver (Tips)

    • Airport taxes, surcharges and specified taxes at all locations

    • Overweight baggage charges

    • Luggage service charge for hotels, airports and all modes of transport

    • Self-paid items or sightseeing programmes not included in the itinerary

    • Additional expenses arising from traffic disruption, strike, typhoon, epidemic or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended)

  • 2.1 Inclusions

    • One piece of carry-on luggage (dimensions subject to transport provider restrictions); checked baggage allowance is subject to transport provider terms

    2.2 Infant Charges
    Infant charges cover only the ticketing fee charged by transport providers and do not include seats, meals, hotel beds, or any other services requiring seating.

    2.3 Exclusions

    • Tour leader/guide/driver gratuities

    • Airport taxes, additional levies, and designated taxes

    • Excess baggage charges

    • Porterage services at hotels, airports, or on transport

    • Optional tours or activities not specified in the itinerary

    • Additional expenses arising from traffic disruptions, strikes, typhoons, epidemics, or other emergencies

    • Comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Article 3: Cancellation, Change and Refund Details (by tour type)

    3.7 Generic cancellation rules

    • Exit on journey: Travellers who suddenly withdraw or do not participate in any of the group activities (meals, sightseeing, accommodation) during the journey are considered to have voluntarily given up and no refund of the fees paid will be made.

    • Transfer or Cancellation: Must be in writing or in person at a branch to be effective.

    • Refund Time: Credit card refunds are processed by the bank and take about 35 working days, the actual timeframe is determined by the credit card company.

    • Force Majeure Transfer Credit: For cancellations due to uncontrollable factors such as government announcements, weather, epidemics, etc., and where the terms and conditions state that the credit can be converted to a credit, the credit is valid for 1 year and is limited to the use of the original booker, and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

    • Carpooling Service: All bookings involving room sharing must be read before signing up for the tour. By signing up, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms of the disclaimer.

Article 4: Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Clause (Key Disclaimer)

SECTION 4: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)

  • 4.1 Recognition of risk exposures

    4.1.1 You acknowledge and recognise that any travel activity (including but not limited to local tours, interstate tours and out-of-state tours) may involve inherent risks, unknown dangers, and circumstances that may result in personal injury, illness (including infectious disease), mental trauma, property damage or death. Such risks may arise from, but are not limited to: traffic accidents, extreme weather changes, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorist attacks, sudden outbreaks of disease, isolation requirements, and acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, attractions, restaurants, and ground transportation agencies).

    4.1.2 You join the tour organised by the Company voluntarily with full knowledge of the above risks and agree to bear all risks and responsibilities arising therefrom.

    4.2 Immunity from Liability (under section 5N of the NSW Civil Liability Act 2002)

    4.2.1 Tours organised by the Company are "recreational activities".     4.4.2 In the event that the itinerary is altered, delayed, cancelled or additional costs are incurred due to compelling reasons.All additional costs (including but not limited to isolation hotel fees, inspection fees, food and accommodation during the period of detention and change of air ticket) shall be borne by the traveller.The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.

    4.5 Travellers' Personal Behaviour and Health Conditions

    4.5.1 You warrant that you are physically fit to join the tour and that you are fully responsible for any offence against local laws, nuisance or non-compliance with the instructions of the staff during the journey. The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel the travelling status of any person who has violated the law, and no refund will be made.

    4.5.2 You agree to comply with all boarding, quarantine and inspection requirements. If you are denied boarding or entry into the country due to failure to comply with the requirements (including, but not limited to, provision of incorrect information, insufficient validity of documents, lack of a blank visa page).You are fully responsible for all liabilities and expenses..

    4.5.3 Minors under the age of 18, pregnant women or senior citizens over the age of 70 must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend under the age of 65, and pregnant women or senior citizens are required to sign the "Disclaimer of Responsibility for Participation in Tours".

    4.6 Right to change the itinerary

    4.6.1 The rates stated in the itinerary or leaflet are based on the prevailing airfares and international currency exchange rates. The Company reserves the right to adjust the rates prior to departure.

    4.6.2 In the event of special circumstances (e.g. visa obstruction, full hotel occupancy, flight changes, bad weather, etc.), the Company or its appointed organisations reserve the right to change the order of the itinerary, to change hotels of the same class, or to cancel part of the programme at their sole discretion according to the circumstances of the case, and no refund is required in respect of such changes.

    4.6.3 "Established" does not mean that the departure is free from other factors and the decision of the Company shall be final.
