Depart on time, first go to the Highland Winery to rest, then visit the Olive Garden and enjoy the beautiful morning tea. At noon, visit the National Forest Botanical Garden and have lunch at your own expense, covering an area of 250 hectares and creative outdoor art. In the afternoon, go to the Beijing Garden designed in the style of the Chinese royal gardens of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) and the Nara Peace Park in Japan. Enjoy a Chinese and Western buffet dinner and check in to the hotel.

After breakfast, we will go to the black truffle plantation, visit the plantation and search for black truffles with hunting dogs and enjoy rich truffle refreshments to learn about truffle planting and edible uses. At noon, we will arrive at Perisher Valley, the largest and best-equipped ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere. Group members can participate in various snow activities at their own expense: take the snow mountain train or snowmobile to the mountain to enjoy the beautiful snow scenery and glaciers, make snowmen, etc. Enjoy the Chinese lunch carefully prepared for you in the ski resort, and specially customize black truffle rice noodles for group members to enjoy for free. Return to the hotel in the afternoon for free dinner.

After breakfast, visit the Little Pink Lake and the Earth Science and Gem Museum (the museum is closed on weekends, and will be replaced by a glass art workshop or a Chinese tea lunch at your own expense. Set off back to Sydney and arrive at Hurstville, Central Railway Station, Chatswood before 6:30 pm to end the happy food trip.
