Day 1
Sydney – Hobart – St Helen – Bay Of Fares (northeast coast of Tasmania)
In the morning, gather at Sydney Domestic Airport and take a domestic flight to Hobart, the largest city in Tasmania and the second oldest city in Australia. Have lunch at your own expense. After pick-up, we will drive to St. Helens and the famous Bay of Fires, formerly known as "Larapuna" The Bay of Fires is located on the northeast coast of Tasmania. The vast area from Binalong Bay to Eddystone Point is included in the Bay of Fires. It was first discovered by Captain Tobias Furneaux during his expedition. , named the Bay of Fires because of the fires lit by the aborigines on the beach. The most famous feature here is the white beach, blue water and red rocks. It was also rated as the second most beautiful beach in the world by a British magazine. Day 2
Bridestowe Lavender Farm) - Josef Chormy Winery - Tamar Valley - Launceston Launceston
After breakfast in the hotel, go to Bridestowe Lavender Farm, the largest and most famous lavender garden in the southern hemisphere, to admire the magnificent lavender fields (seasonal restrictions apply). After lunch at your own expense, visit the wine cellar and restaurant of Josef Chromy Wines. The winery has a very beautiful scenery and covers an area of 61 hectares. The owner of the winery, Josef Chromy, was originally a refugee. In the 1950s, he escaped the Nazi and Communist rule from the Czech border, which was full of landmines and stationed with soldiers and dogs. After a very difficult period of time, he successfully immigrated to Australia, but he did not give up life because he was a refugee. Instead, he founded his own winery at the age of 76. After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to a large abalone farm where you will be introduced to the abalone farming process, visit the abalone farm and taste the abalone, which can be purchased and mailed to your home. At noon, we will arrive at the salmon farm to see the unique process of salmon farming. You can also catch the salmon yourself and buy your own fish for BBQ on site. For 4-day/3-night tours, you are free to join any of the optional tours.
