Itinerary
Day 1
Wine Shop / Forest Botanical Garden / Beijing Garden / Chinese and Western Buffet Dinner
Depart on time for a break at the Highlands Wine Shop, followed by a visit to the Olive Garden and morning tea with a view. At noon, visit the National Forest Botanical Gardens and have lunch on your own, a 250-hectare garden with creative outdoor art. In the afternoon, visit the Beijing Garden, designed in the style of the Chinese Royal Gardens of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), and the Nara Peace Park in Japan. Enjoy a buffet dinner and check in at the hotel.

Day 2
Black Truffle Farm / Perisher Valley Snow Park
After breakfast, proceed to the black truffle farm, visit the farm and hunt for black truffles with the hounds, enjoy a rich truffle tea and learn about truffle cultivation and food use. Arrive in the southern half of the country at noon.
Perisher Valley, the largest and best-equipped snow park in the world, the group can participate in all kinds of snow activities at their own expense: take the snow train or snowmobile up the mountain to enjoy the beautiful snow glacier, snowman...etc..
Inside the ski resort, enjoy a Chinese lunch prepared for you, specially ordered black truffle rice noodle for the group to enjoy free of charge. In the afternoon, return to the hotel for a free dinner.

Little Pink Lake / Earth Science and Gemstone Museum
After breakfast, visit Little Pink Lake and the Earth Science and Gem Museum (the museum is closed on weekends and is replaced by the Glass Art Workshop or other museums. Afterwards, we will have a Chinese tea lunch at your own expense.
Return to Sydney, transfer to Hurstville, Central Station, Chatswood by 6:30pm, end of the tour.
