Itinerary
Day 1
London
London is the capital and largest city of the United Kingdom. Today let’s take a look at London, a city with a long history, rich collections and distinctive architecture. Tours of city attractions include: Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, No. 10 Downing Street, Whitehall Street, St. James's Park, Buckingham Palace, and the Thames River. Free time at noon in "Chinatown". London's Chinatown has a history of over a hundred years. Here you can experience another kind of culture that blends China and the West. Continue the tour in the afternoon: the British Museum, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge and the London Castle, which is composed of 22 towers. This castle has been used as a palace, an arsenal, and a prison, and has experienced many bloody battles between royal families.
Day 2
London-Cambridge-York
The university town of Cambridge, the highest university in the UK, not only has a strong academic atmosphere, but also has countless beauties! Xu Zhimo's "Farewell Cambridge" has left future generations with unlimited imagination and longing for Cambridge. After arriving, visit the beautiful "Cambridge University" located on the banks of the Cam River and the ancient and majestic university groups, including: King's College, Queen's College... and the Bridge of Sighs, which is full of literary and romantic atmosphere. When you come to Cambridge, I really recommend taking a trip to the "Cambridge Pole Boat". This is a boat ride on the river where boatmen holding long poles (many college students work part-time) take people on a river trip to Cambridge. Buying a sweatshirt, postcard or magnet with the Cambridge emblem or the Cambridge University logo next to the school is also a favorite souvenir for many people.
Day 3
York-Edinburgh
York, a famous medieval city in England, combines the diverse history and cultural relics of Roman, Saxon and Viking rule, plus the fully preserved medieval street buildings, showing a nostalgic and simple side. It is also an important city to witness the history of England. Coming to York is like traveling through a time tunnel to the Middle Ages. Visit York Minster, the largest in the UK and with a history of nearly a thousand years, then climb the famous Roman wall to see the ruins of the thousand-year-old fortress, and the gift shop market filled with medieval atmosphere. When you come to the UK, how can you not try British afternoon tea? Here, there is a century-old teahouse, and we have prepared plenty of time for you to enjoy an authentic British three-tier afternoon tea.
Day 4
Edinburgh - Glasgow
Scotland - the capital "Edinburgh" is the epitome of Scottish style. The mellow whiskey and the bagpipers wearing Scottish checkered skirts, its unique style and unique national character will make you linger here. Upon arrival, visit Edinburgh Castle, which stands on an extinct volcanic rock, and view the oldest royal crowns and jewelry. Then visit the Royal Route, City Hall and Royal Park connected with the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Free activities at noon: You can go to the Elephant Cafe where JKRowling wrote the book "Harry Potter" and have a taste of coffee. Or you can go to the commemorative photo studio with your family or friends and cosplay as an "ancient Scotsman" to take photos as a souvenir. This is also a very interesting experience.

Edinburgh Castle Edinburgh tickets must be booked online in advance at edinburghcastle.scot/plan-your-visit/tickets (recommended time period 11:00-14:00)
Day 5
Glasgow - Glenfinnan Viaduct - Fort Augustus - Loch Lomond - Glasgow
Today is the condensed essence of the Scottish Highlands! So the trip will be quite hasty. In the morning, drive to the "Glenfinnan South Viaduct" where the picture on the Scottish £10 note is located. This is also the bridge that the Hogwarts Express on which the protagonist of the movie "Harry Potter" rides passes. It is a popular place for Harry Potter fans. Then go to Fort Augustus, which is named after the ancient Roman emperor. It is located at the southernmost point of Loch Ness. People come here to look for the Loch Ness Monster. It is a quiet town that relies on tourism. We will also pass by Scotland's first national park, "Loch Lomond", which is located on the boundary between the Highlands and the Lowland fault. There are more than 30 small islands in the lake, and the scenery is beautiful. Of course we have to take pictures along the way.
Day 6
Glasgow - Gretna Green - Lake District - Manchester
Heading to the Lake District National Park in northwest England, we come to see the natural beauty of thousands of years of geological changes, and the ingenious natural carvings of lakes, river valleys, mountains, and waterfalls. Stop by "Gretna Green", a famous escapee town in Scotland for a short tour. After arriving in the Lake District, group members can choose to take a sightseeing boat and an ancient steam train to visit Lake Windermere or visit Peter Rabbit's museum. After the tour, head to the famous city: Manchester - it is not only the headquarters of the football powerhouse Manchester United, but also an industrial center in England. We first went to the football mecca - Manchester United's home stadium "Otford Stadium" to visit and buy souvenirs, and then went to the city for free activities. After dinner, transfer back to hotel
Day 7
Manchester - Strathford - Bicester Village - London
Shakespeare's hometown; Strathford on the Avon River, the British call it Shakespeare's world. Here, you can visit the former residence of a generation of writers and the church where he is buried. Most of the names of the streets, hotels, restaurants, and theater facilities in the small town are related to Shakespeare. After the tour, we headed to London and passed through the Bicester Shopping Village, a large brand-name direct-sale shopping village. In addition to brand-name clothing, this village also has sporting goods, jewelry, household items, books and children's clothing to choose from. There are more than 160 well-known brands, including The average selling price of the products is about 40% off the original products. If there is a clearance or seasonal price reduction, it will be really cheap. Arrive in London safely in the evening.
