About 8,000 years ago, the earth and rocks from a landslide blocked the outlet of Johnston Creek, forming Johnston Canyon (if you are unable to enter due to bad weather, you will go to Lake Minnewanka instead). Then visit the multi-million-dollar Glacier Glass Bridge adjacent to the Columbia Glacier (additional admission fee); group members can stroll on the 280-meter-high glass bridge and appreciate the most unique ecosystem in the world up close.
