• Prices are based on 1 AUD: 60 EUR / 1 AUD: 5 HKD / 1 AUD: 0.60 USD Prices may vary depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of booking (we also welcome payment in EUR/HKD/USD, please inquire with our Consultant for more information).
• When registering, please fill in all information listed on the registration form clearly and accurately.
• Please also pay a deposit not less than the tour fee of 30%.
• If registration is less than 15 days before the departure date, the full tour fee will be required.
• Regardless of whether the departure date is less than 15 days away, the full tour fee must be paid, otherwise the order will not be valid.
• When registering, you must hold a valid travel document (passport), each document is valid for at least 6 months or more (Special note: some local tour groups may need to hold two or more visas)
• When registering, some travel agencies in other countries promote prices lower or higher than those listed in the price list (including group fees and single room surcharges). Any complaints that arise as a result have nothing to do with our company, and we will never price match or refund!
• When registering, please read carefully the following fee inclusions and exclusions:
• Strong reminder: All cancellations and terms and conditions for ground tours/cruise holidays/rail holidays (except tours organized by RVG Tours) are subject to the booking and cancellation policies of ground tours and have nothing to do with RVG Tours.

(1) Hotel: A hotel that promises to be no lower than the local three-star rating standard. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and the principle is that two people share a room.
• In some countries, such as Europe/the United States, hotels include breakfast, but only simple continental breakfast; (Continental breakfast definition: coffee or tea, juice, bread, jam
• Hotels in Europe, Hong Kong, and other countries have smaller room spaces, lower facilities, and lower services than those in the United States and Canada in Asia. Guests are advised to provide daily toiletries.
• In most countries, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the annual average temperature does not exceed 30 degrees for less than two months. In addition, most countries have strong environmental awareness. Therefore, if some hotels in Europe are not equipped with air conditioning, it does not mean that the hotel facilities are not up to standard. Please note that understanding.
(2) Transportation: The entire journey will be carried out as written in the itinerary, and air-conditioned luxury tour buses will be used on land.
(3) Tour leader: Not all tour groups include a professional bilingual broadcasting (Mandarin/Cantonese) tour leader from Huajie who departs from the local area.
Please understand that this service is provided as part of a group tour.

(1) Various types of insurance, travel documents, and visa fees.
(2) Attraction tickets: According to the various tour programs listed in the itinerary, additional and self-paid programs arranged outside the itinerary. (For ticket and consumption details, please refer to the "Consumption Guide")
(3) Tips: The total tips for local tour guides and drivers are 10 Euros / 10 British pounds / 10 US dollars / 10 Australian dollars per person per day. (Same price for both sizes)
(4) International air tickets to and from the guest's departure point and fees imposed by the airline for baggage that exceeds specifications or is overweight.
(5) Guests’ personal expenses such as lunch and dinner during the itinerary, hotel room drinks, telephone calls, laundry services or loss compensation, etc.
(6) Additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond the company's control, such as strikes and traffic delays.

When registering, please read carefully and understand the cancellation, rescheduling and refund methods once registered: If you need to cancel your reservation under any circumstances or reasons after registering, the fees will be deducted as compensation in accordance with the following rules:

If RVG Tours is cancelled after a booking has been confirmed, a $50 administration fee will be charged.
30 days or more before the departure date, both parties (operator/guest) can make any changes to advance or postpone the departure without any deduction (individual products are non-refundable after booking, our consultant will remind you when booking)
Within 29-16 days before the departure date, the operator needs to deduct the full tour fee 25%
Within 15-08 days before the departure date, the operator must deduct the full tour fee of 50%
Within 7 days before the departure date, the operator needs to deduct the full tour fee 100%
When registering for a European tour group, if the guest is willing to accept the operator to arrange a room sharing, we will not charge the guest any fees regardless of whether the room sharing is successfully arranged. However, after the guest agrees to the arrangement, there shall be no objection or temporary change. If the guest changes not to share a room after joining the group, an additional 120 euros per night must be paid.
Accommodation before and after the tour is an additional service arrangement. Please understand that we cannot assist guests to share rooms. Guests who leave alone need to pay a single room surcharge (charges are subject to the local operator's price).
If there are two adults and one child in the group, the child between 2 and 11 years old will be charged the child price. The child will be charged as if he does not occupy a bed, but he needs to share the room with two adults; if there are two adults and two children, the child price will be charged as four Adult prices are charged. Both rooms are arranged with each adult and one child per room. If the child occupies a bed, the adult price will be charged.
For minors under 18 years old, pregnant women or seniors (70+); they must be accompanied by at least one adult relative (under 65 years old) to participate in the tour, and we will accept their registration. Note: The participants (pregnant women or seniors 70+) must also sign the "Group Participation Commitment Disclaimer" when registering for the tour for the protection of both parties. We also recommend that (pregnant women or seniors) purchase corresponding insurance products before joining the tour.
(8) Once a reservation is registered, it must be paid in full no less than 16 days before the departure date. If the fee is overdue or not paid in full, the company/operator has the right to cancel the reservation.
(9) After successful registration, please send the relevant tour ticket to the guest through the system. However, the ticket must be based on the operator's ticket/or confirmation code. Any additional additions or deletions of information or terms will be inconsistent with the company's Regardless, the company reserves all rights to pursue liability.
(10) The company reserves the right to ultimately accept or reject the registration without providing any reasons or explanations.
(11) Please fill in your email address and mobile phone number truthfully when registering so that you can reply and send confirmation information in the future.
(12) For guests who purchase air tickets to join the tour, please purchase the air tickets after receiving the "booking confirmation".
(13) The "tour ticket" contains information related to the departure of the group, including the "emergency phone number". Please be sure to print it and bring it with you. You must show it for verification when boarding the bus.
(14) A peak season surcharge of US$180 per person will be charged for departure dates from July to August;
