Day 1
Sydney → Red Rock Gorge → Canberra
* Morning departure with stop at Highlands Winery * Enjoy Chinese lunch in Canberra * Hike the scenic Red Rock Gorge trail (~2 km return) with views over the gorge and forest * Dinner: International buffet * Overnight stay at 4-star hotel
Day 2
Black Truffle Farm ~ Tibibira Nature Reserve ~ Return
* Breakfast at the hotel * Visit Black Truffle Farm – hunt for truffles with trained dogs and enjoy gourmet truffle tasting * Learn about truffle cultivation and cooking * Visit Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve to spot native wildlife (koalas, kangaroos, platypus) * Optional lunch (own expense) * Return to Sydney by 7:00 PM with a short rest stop on the way

*If the trip needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19 or other emergencies, government announcements, the paid fees will be retained until the next departure date or travel credit valid within one year.
